A woman who bombarded Marion Cotillard with emails and video messages has pleaded guilty to a charge of stalking.
Teresa Yuan, who suffers from bipolar disorder, appeared at Brooklyn Federal Court in New York on Friday (28Sep12) to face accusations she posted bizarre webcam footage of herself to Cotillard's fan website and sent more than 500 messages over a four-day period in 2011.
The 32 year old pleaded guilty to a charge of stalking and faces up
to 16 months in prison. However, prosecutors have indicated they
will not object to a sentence of probation and court-ordered
psychological treatment, according to the New York Daily News.
