Man arrested for trespassing on Rihanna's property
A man has been arrested on suspicion of trespassing after he was caught on the roof of Rihanna's California home.
The 26-year-old male was spotted by eagle-eyed private security guards working near the Umbrella hitmaker's Pacific Palisades home on Monday night (17Jun13) and they detained the suspect until police arrived on the scene.
He was then placed under arrest and taken into custody, with his
bail set at $2,882 .
According to TMZ.com, the man told cops he had no idea the house
belonged to the R&B star. Rihanna was not home at the time of
the incident, as she is currently on tour in the U.K.
The arrest was first reported by the Los Angeles Times.
It's the latest incident to occur at the singer's property - an
intruder was arrested there in February (13) on suspicion of
burglary, while the mansion was raided by Los Angeles police in
April (13) amid reports of a hoax shooting as she became another
victim of the ongoing celebrity 'swatting' craze.
