Make-up artist files for restraining order against Taryn Manning

Actress and singer Taryn Manning's former make-up artist has filed for a restraining order against the Orange Is The New Black star.
Holly Hartman claims Manning headbutted her in the face and sprayed Windex in her eyes during a fight at the actress' New York apartment in November (15).
In the documents obtained by TMZ.com, she also alleges Manning has
a death wish and claims during the fight, her attacker yelled,
"Pick a knife. I'm wearing a white shirt, there will be a lot of
blood. You will be famous for killing Taryn Manning."
Hartman, who filed her legal papers in Los Angeles, has a turbulent
history with Manning - the actress was arrested for attacking Holly
in 2012. The charges were eventually dropped.
