Madonna's Sticky & Sweet world tour is at the centre of safety concerns once again after stagehands in Romania were fined by building inspectors.

The Material Girl played to 70,000 fans in the country's capital, Bucharest, on Wednesday (26Aug09), her first ever gig in the country.But a day before the show, a construction company working on the stage set-up was fined almost $2,560 after inspectors discovered staff hadn't been instructed to take proper security measures.Concert organisers were fined more than $2,000 over the safety issue.Last month (Jul09) two stagehands died while they were building the singer's stage for her concert in Marseille, France when a crane collapsed on top of them.
