Louis Tomlinson to be a dad - report

Louis Tomlinson is set to become the first One Direction star to become a dad.

Los Angeles-based stylist Briana Jungwirth is pregnant with the pop pin-up's baby, according to People.com.

A source close to the pair tells the website, "Louis is happy and very excited about becoming a dad and he thinks Briana will be an amazing mother. It was a surprise at first, but he and Briana are very, very close friends and this has brought them even closer."

The 23 year olds dated briefly after Tomlinson split from longtime girlfriend Eleanor Calder in March (15).

Reports suggest he is looking for a new home in Los Angeles so he can be with Jungwirth throughout her pregnancy.

A pal adds, "Louis and Briana care about each other very much and have spent a lot of time together privately over the last few months.

"They are both really happy and although they aren't in a relationship, their friendship is extremely strong and they are both really excited about the baby. It's early days and Briana and the baby's health are the most important things right now."

The baby news brought the one-time couple's parents together over the Independence Day holiday earlier this month (Jul15).
