LINDSAY LOHAN TO SPEND ANOTHER WEEK IN REHAB

Lindsay Lohan will have to wait another week to hear if she will be allowed to leave rehab early - a judge will review her situation on 25 August (10).

The Mean Girls star was sentenced to 90 days in prison and a mandatory 90 days in rehab for violating the terms of her probation stemming from a 2007 DUI arrest. She only served 13 days of her prison term and was transferred straight to a recovery clinic on her release on 2 August (10).

Prosecutor Danette Meyers recently revealed the professionals in charge of the actress' treatment are pushing for an early release.

But following a meeting between Meyers, Lohan's lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, and the case's new judge, Elden Fox, on Wednesday (18Aug10), no release date had been decided.

A status update on Lohan's condition has been scheduled for next Wednesday (25Aug10), meaning the actress will be staying at the Los Angeles rehabilitation center for at least another week.
