The Mean Girls star took on Britney Spears' financial adviser Lou Taylor to handle her business affairs last year (10), but the professional relationship has now come to an end, according to TMZ.com.

The website reports Lohan's representative has described the split as amicable, while sources suggest Lohan felt she needed a manager who could devote more time to her affairs.
