Lindsay Lohan: 'Paparazzi problems are overblown'

Written by . Published: April 25 2014

Actress Lindsay Lohan is convinced TV scenes showing her swarmed by paparazzi have been blown out of proportion because she rarely has any problems with the snappers in New York and insists the issue is not "that serious".

In her reality TV show Lindsay, the Mean Girls actress was often shown being followed by groups of photographers, but Lohan is adamant dramatic music and editing made the issue appear a lot worse than it actually is.

During an appearance on U.K. talk show Alan Carr: Chatty Man, the star admits she is rarely troubled by the Big Apple's paparazzi, saying, "Well In New York I don't get followed by paparazzi... That's why I moved back home to New York (from Los Angeles). So it was strange to see those moments (in the show) - they make it so dramatic with the music etc, but it really wasn't that serious! I'm walking to a car guys, not that big a deal."
