Lil Wayne suffers another skateboarding injury

Lil Wayne injured his ankle in a late night skateboarding session this week (beg29Jul13).

The hip-hop star enjoyed an evening out at the Xtreme Wheels Indoor Skatepark in Buffalo, New York on Tuesday (30Jul13), but he left the venue in pain after hurting himself in an accident.

In a post on his Twitter.com page, he writes, "Shout out to Xtreme Wheels skatepark in Buffalo for lettin (sic) us rip this late!!! That's luv (sic)! I rolled my damn ankle tonight!".

Lil Wayne previously separated his shoulder in a skateboarding accident last year (12), and the injury troubled him for some time as he refused to seek medical treatment for the problem. He also needed stitches for a gash on his forehead after falling off his board in 2011.
