Lil Twist's representative addresses battery allegation

Lil Twist's representative has vehemently denied reports suggesting the rapper attacked a woman during a party at Justin Bieber's California mansion.

An unnamed accuser filed a battery report against Lil Twist on Thursday (01Aug13), alleging the 20 year old grabbed her by the arm and tried to prevent her from leaving the bash at Bieber's Calabasas home.

Police are currently investigating, but a spokesperson for Lil Twist, real name Christopher Moore, has hit back at the claims.

In a statement to GossipCop.com, Twist's rep says, "Lil Twist was not involved in any battery. He asked the guest of a third party at the home to leave, and security escorted the guest from the premises after the guest became disruptive."

Bieber was not at home during the party at the center of the legal dispute.
