Liam Payne stuns London shoppers with busking set

Liam Payne stunned London shoppers by playing two busking gigs on the streets of the British capital on Monday (14Aug17).

One Direction star Liam was joined by Russian-German DJ Zedd on keyboards, as they performed their new track Get Low outside the entrance to the Oxford Circus Underground train station.

Video footage taken by fans watching the impromptu gig showed 23-year-old Liam, dressed in a black jacket and dark jeans, passionately singing into a microphone and dancing around as shocked onlookers gathered in a circle around him.

The musicians later moved on to Trafalgar Square to perform at the foot of famous London landmark Nelson's Column, a gig Zedd alerted fans to on Twitter.

"@LiamPayne and I are heading to Trafalgar Square to perform a little fun rendition of Get Low for you - in 10mins! Come through," he wrote.

Although the track was released last month, it does not yet have its own music video, and a film crew were spotted at the Trafalgar Square gig.

Get Low climbed to number 31 in last Friday's official U.K. chart.
