LeAnn Rimes settles housekeeper lawsuit

Singer Leann Rimes and her actor husband Eddie Cibrian have reportedly settled a long-running legal battle with their former housekeeper.

Gloria Cevallos sued the couple in 2014 over allegations they poked fun at her weight and age during her employment, and later fired her.

The legal battle has now been settled out of court and the case has been dismissed, according to editors at TMZ.com.

Details of the settlement have not been made public, but she had previously asked for back pay and compensation.

LeAnn and Eddie hit headlines in 2009 when they embarked on an affair while playing onscreen lovers in TV movie Northern Lights, and they went on to split from their respective partners before wedding in 2011.

The Blue singer was previously married to dancer Dean Sheremet, and Eddie was wed to Brandi Glanville, the mother of his two sons.
