Lea Michele steps out for the first time since death of Cory Monteith

Lea Michele has stepped out publicly for the first time following the death of her boyfriend Cory Monteith earlier this month July (13).

The Glee star has been mourning her co-star and real-life partner's passing since he died in Vancouver, Canada from an accidental heroin and alcohol overdose on 13 July (13).

Lea Michele was photographed in Los Angeles, California in the passenger side of a friend's car on Sunday (28Jul13) - the day before the brunette beauty broke her Twitter.com silence on Monday (29Jul13), thanking fans for their support.

She wrote, "Thank you all for helping me through this time with your enormous love & support."

She then posted a personal picture of the couple captioned, "Cory will forever be in my heart."
