Lamar Odom leaves rehab after one day - report

Khloe Kardashian's basketball star husband Lamar Odom has left rehab just a day after checking into the facility, according to reports.

The embattled sportsman entered a drug and alcohol treatment center on Wednesday morning (04Sep13) in an attempt to get clean, five days after he was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence in Los Angeles last week (30Aug13).

However, sources now tell People.com that Kim Kardashian's brother-in-law left the medical facility on Thursday afternoon (05Sep13). He was later spotted out in Los Angeles.

The 32 year old's legal trouble emerged following weeks of speculation surrounding the state of his marriage to reality TV star Khloe Kardashian and rumors of his alleged drug addiction. She has refused to comment about reports suggesting she had led an intervention to prompt her husband to seek help, and that they were living apart at the time of his DUI arrest, although she recently told fans she is trying to stay strong amid her personal drama.

In a Twitter.com post last Sunday (01Sep13), she wrote, "As much as I wish I were made of steel... I'm not. I'm pretty damn close to it though hehe (sic)."

Odom is no stranger to drug problems - he violated NBA drug policies in 2001 and spoke candidly of his marijuana use in 2003.
