Lady Gaga plans backstage access for fans

Lady Gaga is giving her fans the chance to join her backstage on every night of her new tour.

The pop superstar is heading back out on the road next year (14) with artRAVE: The ARTPOP Ball Tour, which kicks off in Florida in May (14), and she is planning a special treat for 20 lucky fans at every show.

Gaga will pick 20 gig-goers at random and they will be given the chance to go backstage.

In a post on her Twitter.com page, she writes, "I will... be picking 20 fans out a night for free to come backstage!"

She adds of the shows, "The tour will take us to another planet Galaxy-Space-Time Dance party as religion. A wild celebration of self-invention, of creative spirit... The stage is designed by the same architect as (previous tour) The Monster Ball. Everyone of my tour's has a story. This time were on the planet... Venus."
