Lady Gaga planning to take a break from music

Lady Gaga is planning to take a break from music when her current world tour ends, so she can do a little "healing".

The Poker Face singer is battling a series of injuries and illnesses and earlier this week (04Sep17) she was too sick to perform in Montreal, Canada.

Speaking at the Toronto International Film Festival on Friday (08Sep17), Gaga told reporters she was planning to take time off from the studio and the stage and concentrate on her health and other interests.

"It doesn’t mean I don’t have some things up my sleeve," she joked.

The pop star is premiering a revealing new documentary about her life at the film festival and on Friday she also performed at the film's screening.

She also recently starred in a remake of A Star is Born with Bradley Cooper as her co-star and director.
