Kylie Jenner sued by alleged love rival
Kim Kardashian's little sister Kylie Jenner has been caught up in a bizarre new legal spat amid accusations she has spent three years planning a vengeful campaign to ruin a love rival's life.
Teenager Chelsea Clark even claims Jenner masterminded a car accident to warn her off pursuing Will Smith's actor son Jaden as a potential beau.
In documents obtained by TMZ.com, Clark, 17, alleges Kylie was
jealous because Jaden was interested in a romance with her. She
claims Jenner called her and said, "Leave my boyfriend alone 'cause
you will never be like me."
Clark also claims her alleged love rival hired people to follow her
and send threatening messages to her over social media.
But it's the car accident claim that really stands out - the
plaintiff alleges she hurt her back in the crash, which she
believes Kylie masterminded. Clark requested a temporary
restraining order, but it was denied.
She was asked to take the threatening text messages she received
from Jenner to court on Monday (21Sep15), but she didn't show up. A
hearing has now been scheduled for 9 October (15).
Jenner's representatives tell TMZ.com the reality TV star, who is
now reportedly dating rapper Tyga, has no idea who Clark is.
