Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick are not together

Kourtney Kardashian has told her fans to "relax", insisting that she and ex Scott Disick are not back together.

The pair is parents to three children together, but ended their romantic relationship in July 2015 after nearly a decade of on-off dating. Now that Scott is out of rehab and apparently sober and healthy, he has been seen spending lots of time with 36-year-old Kourtney, including making an appearance in a series of her Snapchat videos on Wednesday (16Mar16).

However, Kourtney took the time to tell her followers not to read too much into the pair's reconciliation.

"By the way everyone relax, people that have three kids together spend time together," she says in the Snapchat video.

In the footage, Kourtney is seen in the car with Scott driving, riling her ex up about his "road rage". She and Scott also attempted to use the app of the moment, as they tried to do a Face Swap. Kourtney's sister Kim Kardashian posted a picture of Scott and her sibling trying to perfect the Face Swap, writing "Amateurs trying to face swap".

Kourtney and Scott's friendly day together came just hours after he was romantically linked to 20-year-old model Christine Burke. According to Us Weekly, the pair has been dating "for weeks".

The rumored new couple were seen together as they left Nobu Malibu after grabbing a bite to eat, with fans quick to point out the similarities between Christine and Kourtney's younger model sister Kendall Jenner - from the brunette hair to her long legs and model complexion.

Since leaving rehab, Scott and Kourtney have sparked rumors they might have rekindled their relationship due to various images of them apparently cuddling up.

However, Scott recently told People.com that the reports are not true.

"In the end, I'm trying to live my life," he said. "I'm trying to live it healthy. I'm trying to be there for the people I love, which is Kourtney and kids but you know what, we're not together."
