Kirsten Dunst had an unexpected visit from Los Angeles police on Tuesday night (11Aug09) after accidentally setting off the burglar alarm in her Hollywood home.

The Spider-Man actress upgraded her security system after an overzealous fan was found trespassing on her property last December (08).But she appeared to have forgotten about the silent alert when she unwittingly tripped the alarm and attracted the attention of authorities, reports TMZ.com.The cops left Dunst's Hollywood Hills mansion without incident after confirming the star was in not in any danger.
