Kimberly Caldwell to be a first-time mom

Singer Kimberly Caldwell is pregnant with her first child.

The former American Idol finalist and her soccer player husband Jordan Harvey are preparing to welcome a baby girl in October (15).

Caldwell tells People magazine she already has a name picked out for the little one.

She says, "At 18 weeks along we are so overjoyed to be preparing for the arrival of our baby girl, Harlow Monroe Harvey. Every day feels like a gift and is filled with overwhelming support and love from our family. We are so grateful to finally be past that grueling first trimester and loving rocking my bump.

"Just felt her moving around in there for the first time yesterday! It was pretty wild."

Caldwell and Harvey rang in 2015 as a married couple after tying the knot on New Year's Eve (31Dec14).
