Kim Kardashian treats Kanye to family paradise holiday ahead of his 40th

Kim Kardashian has whisked Kanye West off to the Bahamas with a case of George Clooney's Casamigos tequila to celebrate his 40th birthday.

The rapper hits the age milestone next week (08Jun17), but the couple is celebrating early with its children and some family friends at a villa on a private island, according to E! News.

"They rented out a huge luxurious amazing villa," a source tells the outlet. "They have had cases of Casamigos flown in and are drinking by their private pool. The kids all have their own play area and they all look like they are having a great time.

"Kanye wanted to plan this vacation for their family as it's been a while since they have taken a vacation together as a whole. Kim really needed time to relax and wants to spend quality time with Kanye and he is going out of his way to make it special."

The reality TV star recently confessed she was having trouble coming up with the perfect gift for her husband's 40th, telling talk show host Ellen DeGeneres, "I have no idea... He does the most amazing, romantic, over-the-top, crazy, wild things that you would never even imagine for me, so the pressure is on."

DeGeneres promptly offered to devote the entire hour of her 8 June show to Kanye and invite all the Kardashians, adding, "He can play music, he can talk about whatever he wants."

Kim and Kanye recently celebrated their third wedding anniversary and Kardashian took to social media to celebrate, writing: "Happy three-year anniversary babe! Thank you for being the best husband and father. I love you so much. I can't believe it's been three years!"

She also shared a series of photos from her dress fittings ahead of the couple's big day in 2014.
