Kesha makes first post-rehab appearance

Pop star Kesha has made her first public appearance since leaving rehab earlier this month (Mar14).

The TiK ToK singer looked a picture of health as she graced the red carpet at The Humane Society of the United States gala at the Beverly Hilton hotel in Los Angeles on Saturday night (29Mar14).

Sporting multi-colored hair, a revealing black gown and a gold tooth, the 27 year old beamed for the cameras as she made her way into the event - her first official outing since completing a 60-day stint at the Timberline Knolls clinic in Illinois, where she focused on beating an eating disorder.

The star decided to drop the $ from her stage name after leaving the clinic.
