Kelly Rowland launches auditions for male singers

R&B star Kelly Rowland is holding open auditions to give aspiring singers and dancers the chance to work with her.

The former Destiny's Child star will hold casting calls in Atlanta, Georgia; Los Angeles and New York later this month (Sep12) as part of a search for new performers to join her team.

Announcing the auditions on her official website, Rowland writes, "Calling all males..." before posting a list of her requirements.

Hopefuls must be aged between 18-40, taller than five feet, nine inches (1.8 metres) and should be able to learn an easy dance routine.

Rowland has plenty of experience discovering untapped talents - she was a judge on Britain's The X Factor last year (11).
