Kelly Osbourne suing former landlord

Kelly Osbourne is suing her former landlord for refusing to hand back a deposit she paid on a Hollywood apartment.
In the lawsuit, obtained by TMZ.com, the reality TV star claims she put down $18,700 as a security deposit on the West Hollywood pad, which has been home to fellow celebrities including Lindsay Lohan and Adam Lambert, but when she vacated the premises, her landlord failed to reimburse her.
Instead he sent her an email notifying her of an estimate of
damages and cleaning expenses, which claimed her entire
deposit.
Osbourne is suing to get her deposit back and punitive damages.
