Kelly Clarkson shares first photos of new son

Kelly Clarkson has shared photos on Twitter.Com of her newborn son Remington Alexander.

"Meet Remy, our our newest edition (sic) to the family! #charmfordays #watchoutladies," Kelly wrote on Saturday (23Apr16). The singer welcomed her second child with husband Brandon Blackstock on 12 April (16).

One image shows the Piece by Piece hitmaker cradling her son, while another sees husband Brandon holding a smiling Remy up to the camera.

After an eagle-eyed fan spotted that she should have put "addition" and not "edition" in her tweet, Kelly replied, "Ha! Yes! I haven't slept in days! Best part is I ran that tweet by several other people who didn't catch it! #smart".

The 33-year-old is already mother to 22-month-old daughter River, and stepmother to Brandon's two children Savannah and Seth, from his previous marriage.

And last week, the singer lavished praise on her family. "I have the coolest kids, most helpful/loving family, & it would b impossible 4me 2b happier," she wrote on Twitter on 16 April. "I'm filled w/love. I want everyone 2 have this!"
