Ke$ha thanks fans from rehab

Pop star Ke$Ha has broken her silence from rehab after regaining her Twitter rights while seeking treatment for an eating disorder.

The Tik Tok singer checked in to the Timberline Knolls clinic in Illinois earlier this month (Jan14) after telling fans she would be taking a month to fix her problems.

A friend tweeted fans an update on Ke$ha's Twitter account on Tuesday (21Jan14), but revealed the star is not allowed to use social media from rehab.

However, on Wednesday (22Jan14), it appeared that rule had been relaxed as Ke$ha posted her own latest.

She wrote, "hey It's Kesha from treatment. I just wanted to say that this is really hard and necessary work. I'm grateful for all the love and support... i couldnt do this without you."
