Katy Perry marks Super Bowl performance with new tattoo

Pop star Katy Perry went under the needle after her Super Bowl performance on Sunday (01Feb15) to have a commemorative tattoo inked on her hand.
The Firework hitmaker wowed the crowds at the big football game in Arizona by headlining the half-time show and performing with special guests Missy Elliott and Lenny Kravitz.
After the sporting event, Perry took to Instagram.com to share
pictures of her post-game tattoo session.
The singer had the Roman numerals XLIX emblazoned on her finger to
represent the 49th Super Bowl, and she added the caption, "I
thought it would be appropriate to draw blood tonight... XLIX."
