Justin Bieber's former bodyguard has been sent to prison for stealing a photographer's camera in Atlanta, Georgia last year (14).
Hugo Hesny was charged with felony robbery and entering a vehicle last year (14) following a bust-up with paparazzo Jason Winslow, who was photographing the pop star while he was visiting the Sandy Springs Funhouse Arcade in the city.
Hesny, who no longer works for Bieber, agreed to a plea bargain, admitting taking a $10,000 camera from Winslow, and he has now been jailed for 45 days, according to TMZ.com.
The bodyguard also faces civil action from another photographer in Florida. Jeffrey Binion has accused Hesny of choking him and ordering him to delete pictures he had taken of the Baby hitmaker while leaving a recording studio in Miami in 2013.
Bieber has denied involvement in both cases.
