Justin Bieber has paid tribute to his number one fan Avalanna Routh on what would have been her seventh birthday.

The six year old, who dubbed herself Mrs. Justin Bieber, died from a rare form of brain cancer on 26 September (12).

The singer made young Avalanna's dreams come true on Valentine's Day earlier this year (14Feb12) when he flew her and her family to New York to spend time with him.

He was left devastated by her passing and took to his Twitter.com page to break the news to fans, writing: "just got the worst news ever. one of the greatest spirits i have ever known is gone. please pray for her family and for her... RIP Avalanna. i love you. Please show respect to her and her family... i miss her."

On Thursday (25Oct12), the youngster was again on the Baby hitmaker's mind as he remembered her on her birthday.

He tweeted, "Today would of (sic) been the 7th Birthday of Mrs.Bieber. @Avalanna you changed my life. We will all celebrate you today no matter what. love u (sic)".
