Judge sides with Doug Reinhardt in neighbour dispute

A judge has sided with Paris Hilton's ex-boyfriend Doug Reinhardt following a legal spat stemming from claims the baseball player-turned-reality TV star threw too many wild parties.

In December (13), an unnamed resident of West Hollywood, California was granted a restraining order against the former The Hills star following an argument over late night house parties.

The man returned to court this month (Mar14) to ask for the protection order to be made permanent, but the Los Angeles judge branded the case frivolous and denied the request.

The neighbour was ordered to pay $49,500 to cover Reinhardt's legal fees.
