Johnny Depp joins Penelope Cruz for star honor

Johnny Depp joined new mom Penelope Cruz as the actress unveiled the 2,436th star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame on Friday (01Apr11).

The Oscar winner tried to keep her cool on a sweltering hot Los Angeles day, wearing a figure-hugging purple dress and high heels.

Cruz's husband Javier Bardem was also at the ceremony as was the actress' Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides and Nine director Rob Marshall, who inducted her into the famous sidewalk.
