Jessie J is appealing to shop owners to stop playing her music when she is on the premises, insisting it makes her feel uncomfortable.
The Price Tag hitmaker is often welcomed into restaurants, bars and shops with the sound of her own tracks, but the star is adamant she finds the tributes embarrassing.
She tells Britain's The Sun newspaper, "I feel uncomfortable when people play my songs. I'll go into a shop or restaurant, start eating my food, then they'll play It's My Party. I don't know whether to dance, leave, sing and everyone looks at me."
