Jessie J cancels Switzerland show

British pop star Jessie J has cancelled a show in Switzerland after falling sick with a stomach bug.

The Price Tag hitmaker was slated to perform at the Moon and Stars Festival in Locarno on Thursday night (17Jul14), but she pulled out of her slot just hours before she was due to take to the stage on the advice of her doctor.

Jessie J apologised for the cancellation in a post on her Twitter.com page, writing, "I'm super sad to announce that I will have to cancel my show tonight - Moon and Stars Festival in Switzerland. I've been touring Asia and have caught a severe stomach bug. I am so sorry to anyone who was coming to the show but I have been told by my doctor I must remain on bed rest until I recover... Awful timing! Can't believe it... Look forward to seeing you all soon."
