Jeremy Renner fighting for joint custody of his daughter

Jeremy Renner is fighting for joint custody of his baby daughter following the breakdown of his marriage.

Canadian model Sonni Pacheco filed for divorce from The Avengers star in December (14), just 10 months after they secretly tied the knot, and she also requested full primary custody of their little girl Ava Berlin, who turns two in March (15).

Pacheco claimed she was not happy sharing parenting duties with Renner, citing safety issues at his home, but the actor has now filed his own paperwork demanding joint custody.

In the court documents, obtained by TMZ.com, Renner also asks for the former couple's pre-nuptial agreement to be enforced.
