Jennifer Lopez slashes property price again

Jennifer Lopez has slashed the price of the California home she once shared with ex-husband Marc Anthony for the second time.

The superstar purchased the Hidden Hills property as a marital home for $8.2 million in 2010, but the couple split in 2011 and finalized its divorce in 2014.

The luxury mansion, which boasts nine bedrooms and 11 bathrooms, was placed on the market months later, in January, 2015, with a hefty price tag of $17 million , and after it failed to sell, Jennifer dropped the price to $14.5 million .

However, it still struggled to attract a buyer and was subsequently removed from the market, until recently, when real estate agents at Hilton & Hyland reintroduced the pad to the market at an even lower price of $12.5 million , reports Realtor.com.
