Jennifer Lawrence will miss out on annual Oscars meal

Actress Jennifer Lawrence is slightly disappointed to be up for an Oscar for her role in Winter's Bone - because she'll miss out on her traditional pasta dinner while watching the Academy Awards on TV at home.
The newcomer is up for a Best Actress trophy at the revered prizegiving later this month (Feb11) but admits she will feel strange attending the bash instead of seeing it from the comfort of her own home.
She tells People.com, "Me and my friend Laura have a tradition where we eat linguine and watch. This is the first year I'm going to miss it."
And the star reveals she's struggling to get to grips with fame, adding: "It's kind of hard when you are on the outside of it, because I don't assume that anyone has seen or recognised me in the movie until they tell me."
