Jennifer Lawrence needs a vacation

Jennifer Lawrence feels like she is "sinking into a bit of depression" because she has gone so long without a career break.

The actress has been busy supporting her film Silver Linings Playbook during Hollywood's awards season, and the hard work paid off as she picked up an Oscar for the role, as well as numerous other prizes.

She jetted off to Hawaii after Sunday's (24Feb13) Academy Awards ceremony to complete re-shoots for The Hunger Games sequel, Catching Fire, and now finds herself longing for some time off.

Lawrence says, "I want to sit on my couch and drink and not change my pants for days at a time. Don't ask me about my schedule because I'm sinking into a bit of depression."

Once she gets back from Hawaii, Lawrence will be shooting a new FBI-based drama with her Silver Linings Playbook co-star Bradley Cooper and director David O. Russell, while she is also scheduled to start work on upcoming superhero blockbuster X-Men: Days of Future Past.
