Jennifer Aniston has a guilty reality TV pleasure - she's obsessed with dating show The Bachelor.

The actress admits she has only recently become a fan after tuning into the show last year (14), but now her Monday night plans revolve around the ABC hit - and she is hooked on the new season.

She explains, "Last year, (my friends) were saying, 'It's The Bachelor, it's premiering tonight...!' and I was like, 'Oh, guys! Seriously? The Bachelor? That's been on for 15 years or something'.

"(Fiance) Justin (Theroux) and I, just for fun, watched, and two hours later, we were addicted. It was like junk food. We were sad when it ended."

And she's not the only new celebrity fan of the show - Glee star Lea Michele is also a Bachelor addict: "I'm so obsessed, it's ridiculously unhealthy... At first, I was not into it... my girlfriends were having Bachelor parties and so I joined in... and now I am so hooked."
