Jenner sisters embarrassed as tour bus prank draws out the paparazzi

Kendall Jenner and her sisters Kylie and Khloe Kardashian were left red-faced when a Hollywood tour trek prank turned into a paparazzi nightmare.

The siblings decided to tour the homes of the stars with tourists on Monday (21Mar16) to film a segment for reality show Keeping Up With the Kardashians, and donned disguises so they wouldn't be recognized.

The Jenner girls wore long wigs and donned glasses, while Khloe went even further and posed as the sisters' mom, choosing prosthetic makeup to change her facial features and donning a grey wig.

All went well until one eagle-eyed fan spotted the threesome and tipped off photographers, who swarmed the bus and forced the sisters to make a run for it.

Kendall admits the fun day out quickly turned into a very bad idea.

"We were like, 'What would be the best thing to do when no one knows who you are?'" she told Access Hollywood. "I think Kylie suggested the Hollywood bus tour... You drive past them all the time and you're like, 'I wonder what they (tour guides) talk about'.

"We planned it all out... everything, and then somehow the beans got spilled and the paps found us.

"We were like, 'No, this is, like, the worst thing that could happen... It's so embarrassing'."

The quick-thinking Kardashian-Jenner girls decided to make the most of the awkward moment and opted to get the story out to the world before the paparazzi, so they used their Snapchat accounts to spread the word.

"We just started Snapchatting it, so hardcore. (We) didn't want them (paparazzi) to get the first, like, look at it."
