Actress Jenna Dewan Tatum knew her husband Channing was serious about a relationship with her when he showed up at her hotel room door wearing nothing but underwear, a sombrero, and Ugg boots.

The couple met while filming Step Up in 2006 and fell in love, but former stripper Channing made it very clear he wasn't looking for a committed romance - something that irked his wife-to-be.

"He did this whole thing where he didn't want to be in a relationship, so I was like, 'Look, if you want to date other people and be free, that's fine, but we're not going to hang out and watch movies'," she said, laying down the law after their first few dates. "(I said), 'You've got to figure out what you want, because I know I want to be in a relationship with you'."

Channing took a few days to think over Jenna's ultimatum and then tracked her down to a hotel room after a night out drinking with some pals.

"He said he had the chance to be free and he couldn't stop thinking about me," Jenna told U.S. talk show host Ellen DeGeneres. "I go and open the door - he's going to kill me for this - and he has underwear, a sombrero and Ugg boots, and he's like, 'Let's do this'."

The two stars spent the night together and things moved quickly, with the pair marrying in 2009. The couple's daughter, Everly, was born in May, 2013.
