Jay-Z & Beyonce join the crowd for RUN-DMC show

Hip-hop's first couple Jay-Z and Beyonce caused a stir at the Made in America festival in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on Sunday (02Sep12) when they decided to watch the end of Run-Dmc's set from the crowd's vantage point.

The rap pioneers' rendition of Walk This Way was drowned out by screams and photo flashes as the festival's mastermind and his wife were spotted at the front of the audience, holding hands.

Jay-Z headlined the first day of the festival on Saturday night (01Sep12), but he kept his set all rap - and there was no sight of Beyonce.

The rap mogul and his wife only got a small taste of Run-DMC's set before they were ushered to the safety of backstage by security.

Footage of the festival caught on YouTube.com showed the couple greeting Run-DMC's stars Revd. Run and Darryl McDaniels as they came offstage.
