Jared Leto pokes fun at Worst Dressed title as he collects GQ Actor of the Year

Jared Leto poked fun at his 2013 GQ Worst Dressed Man dishonour as he collected the magazine's Best Actor award in London on Tuesday night (05Sep17).

The Suicide Squad star rattled through his acceptance speech after revealing he needed to "p**s like a f**king racehorse", but had to reprimand GQ bosses for hating on his look four years ago.

"Yes, you can in fact be named GQ's Worst Dressed Man of 2013, look it up..., and with some hard work, an Oscar, and a Gucci deal, end up right here onstage with the best ofs," he smiled.

Leto also took time to mention his style and musical hero Nick Cave and actress Annabelle Wallis, who presented her pal with the Best Actor prize, calling her "a kick-a** motherf**ker", and joking, "I'll never forget you getting me out of prison in Morocco that time. And how you snuck that key in I'll never know."

Other GQ Awards winners included Star Wars' Mark Hamill, who was named Icon of the Year, rapper Stormzy, who took home the Solo Artist of the Year prize, and Liam Gallagher, who picked up the Rock 'n' Roll Star of the Year title.

Zayn Malik won the Most Stylish Man Of The Year award and will be featured on the cover of the magazine's October issue.
