Michael Jackson's teenage son Prince Michael took center stage on Friday (23Sep11) to present his late father's handwritten manuscripts over to a charity auction.

The 14 year old paid tribute to the Thriller hitmaker by donning a suit and red armband for the Tribute to Bambi event in Berlin, Germany.

He gave a speech to an audience of 800 as he handed over the singer's notes for his hits Bad, Billie Jean and Smooth Criminal, which were put up for auction.

Prince Michael told the crowd, "With everything I do, I try to build on what my father did. I also try to help and change things - just like he did."

Bidding for the papers will end on 10 November (11), with proceeds benefiting disadvantaged children.
