Jack Osbourne suing production partners

Ozzy Osbourne's son Jack has filed suit against his partners in four production firms in a bid to cut ties with the companies.

The TV personality claims he has been a minority shareholder in Schweet Dogs, RJB Post, Three Little Birds Music and Wow Pharmaceuticals, but he now wants the brands to be dissolved amid allegations majority owners Robert Worsoff, Brian Wendel and bosses at Fire Lake Inc. have been paying themselves "exorbitant salaries" from the firms without offering him similar benefits, reports Entlawdigest.com.

Jack Osbourne, 29, filed four separate lawsuits against his longtime friends in Los Angeles Superior Court on Monday (30Mar15), charging the defendants with breach of fiduciary duty, while also demanding a full accounting of the companies before they are shut down.

Osbourne, Worsoff and Wendel executive produced the TV series Alpha Dogs, documenting the training of police dogs, via Schweet Dogs in 2012 for the National Geographic channel.
