Hilary Duff knocks down property price

Hilary Duff has slashed the asking price of her California mansion by $750,000.

The star, who is expecting a baby with ice hockey ace Mike Comrie, originally put her five-bedroom, six-bathroom Toluca Lake property on the market for $7 million last year (10).

But the house failed to attract any buyers, prompting the 23 year old to reduce the cost to $6.25 million.

Duff's sprawling estate also boasts a library, gym, wine cellar and a swimming pool.
