Hayden Panettiere is secretly engaged to her boxer boyfriend Wladimir Klitschko, according to a report.

The couple first began dating in 2009, but called off the relationship in 2011 before reconciling earlier this year (13).

Now, UsMagazine.com reports the 23-year-old Nashville star and the Ukrainian champion are planning to cement their union with a summer (13) wedding.

A source tells the website, "Very few people know, and she isn't wearing her ring publicly yet."
