Hailee Steinfeld is the latest star to have her Twitter.com account compromised by an internet hacker.
Bogus posts went up on the True Grit star's microblogging page on Monday (13Feb12) redirecting followers to online advertisements for a weight loss aid.
The messages declared, "Want to lose any weight? Go here, best
product for losing weight."
Hailee Steinfeld's fans were quick to spot the phony tweets and
they quickly urged the teen star to change her password.
Solange Knowles, child star Willow Smith and actor Kevin Bacon are
among the famous faces whose Twitter pages have previously been
targeted by hackers.
