George Clooney facing more elbow surgery

George Clooney is facing more surgery to fix his smashed elbow.

The movie star spent a large part of November (11) with his arm in a sling and he admits he has to go under the knife again in a bid to mend the injury.

Asked to comment on his basketball game during a night out in New York on Tuesday (10Jan12), The Descendants star told TMZ.com, "(I've got) a little more surgery (left)."

It has not been made clear how the movie star came by the injury in the first place.
