Selma director Ava Duvernay has been transformed into Barbie girl.
Bosses at Mattel have created a mini version of the dreadlocked filmmaker just in time for Christmas.
The new doll is the result of a fan campaign to get DuVernay immortalized as part of the toy company's Sheroes line, inspired by real women.
DuVernay, who won acclaim for her Martin Luther King, Jr. biopic, will get the chance to auction off a limited number of the dolls to benefit a charity of her choice.
"All my proceeds from #AvaBarbie will be sent from @Mattel to @ColorOfChange + @WitnessOrg. A fun way to support," the director tweeted on Monday (07Dec15).
