Rapper Fat Joe is set to perform at a healthy lifestyle event in New Jersey to encourage fans to fight the flab.
The Lean Back hitmaker wowed fans last year (11) after he dropped more than 100 pounds by drastically overhauling his diet when his weight spiralled out of control.
He wants to urge rotund fans to follow his lead, and will take part
in the Let's Move! Newark: Our Power event later this month (Jan12)
to promote healthy eating.
The hip-hop star says, "Of all the challenges I have faced in my
life, losing weight was probably the most difficult. I am so happy
to be able to spread the word on the dangers of obesity and join
the Let's Move! Initiative with Let's Move! Newark: Our power."
